This recipe for Simple Bulgogi from the Sheet Pan showcases tender marinated beef infused with a blend of savory and sweet flavors, all roasted to perfection alongside vibrant vegetables, making it an ideal choice for weeknight family dinners or gatherings with friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch piece of ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade in a bowl by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye to the marinade, making sure all pieces are coated well.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) while the beef marinates.
  4. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup and place the marinated beef on it, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan, distributing them around the beef.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
