Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a bowl.
Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into halves or quarters, depending on size preference.
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece and fold over to enclose.
Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
