Savoring Flavor with Buffalo Chicken Bombs

Crispy on the outside and overflowing with spicy, cheesy goodness on the inside, Buffalo Chicken Bombs make for an irresistible appetizer or game day snack that promises to delight every palate.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into halves or quarters, depending on size preference.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece and fold over to enclose.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
