Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until they are soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine the sliced chicken with the sautéed vegetables in the skillet and stir to mix well.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish and spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture on top.
Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the chicken mixture, then place the top halves of the buns on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
Remove from the oven, slice and serve warm with your favorite sauces or toppings.
