Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions, about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for a minute until fragrant.
