  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickles chopped
  • 3 tbsp Big Mac sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add salt and pepper to the cooked beef, then set aside.
  3. Prepare the rice according to package instructions if not pre-cooked.
  4. In a bowl, layer the cooked rice as the base.
  5. Top the rice with the seasoned ground beef.
