Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
While baking, combine Buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
Once baked, remove the cauliflower wings from the oven and toss them in the Buffalo sauce mixture.
Return the coated florets back to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
