Method
- Prepare the cabbage by shredding it finely.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, flour, egg, water, and salt.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet and flatten gently.
- Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes, then flip.
- Continue to cook until the other side is also golden, then remove from the skillet.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or herbs, if desired.
