Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Optional: green onions or herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cabbage by shredding it finely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, flour, egg, water, and salt.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet and flatten gently.
  5. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes, then flip.
  6. Continue to cook until the other side is also golden, then remove from the skillet.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or herbs, if desired.
