Deliciously Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Tart

This Strawberry Cheesecake Tart combines a buttery, crisp crust with a velvety cream cheese filling, topped with fresh, juicy strawberries, making it an exquisite centerpiece for spring gatherings and a delightful way to celebrate any special moment.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the baked crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Once chilled, arrange the sliced strawberries on top and brush with strawberry jam.
