- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Stir in chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and honey, cooking for another minute.
- Remove from heat and fold in shredded carrots and green onions.
- Assemble the wraps by spooning the shrimp mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with additional green onions if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For optimal freshness, assemble wraps just before serving. You can also refrigerate the shrimp filling for up to two days and reheat it, but the lettuce should remain fresh and crisp until you're ready to enjoy!
